Erwan Personne has been a senior lecturer and researcher in environmental sciences at UMR ECOSYS since 1998. He has published research on the soil-plant-atmosphere continuum and the emission and deposition of atmospheric pollutants (ammonia, pesticides, ozone) in relation to agri- and eco-systems. He developed the SurfAtm model on the transfer of energy and pollutants between soil, plants and the atmosphere. He is one of the designers of measuring instruments such as the "ROSAA" to measure ammonia flows. He runs the master's degree course in Agrosciences, Environment, Territories, Landscape and Forest at the University of Paris-Saclay.
